Nothing new to Report

The gym is going great.  I feel so good after a good workout, but why is the scale not reflecting that?  I am limiting my calories and really watching what goes in my mouth.  Oh well maybe it's time for the "fat" doctor.  I have some awesome pics to post from my weekend get away in Boise.  I will get the motivation one of these days soon to do it.  If you can't wait they are on FB.

Be patient. I struggled with weight for many years...since childhood. Do not overwhelm yourself with 'rules of being thin'...pick one to concentrate on until you've mastered it...it may take time. Once you've mastered...not just attempted one, progress to the next and so on. My transformation has taken years...I will not say how many because it doesn't feel like the # of years...it feels like I am finally in control and I work at it everyday...Patience...best advice I can offer. There is no quick fix...AND...dump the scale...it is SOOO counterproductive...try your measurements or pick an outfit you try on once a month to gauge your progress...scales are the enemy...and remember, muscle weighs more than fat so you can lose fat and gain muscle while you lose inches and not pounds...one more thing...think thin...it helps to ditch the scale to acheive this one =) And remember..."it's a journey...not a destination"...I think Aerosmith said that one ;)

Keep doing what you are doing, it will all work out. I am proud of how you are trying. I am not getting anywhere either these days, but maybe its time for the family's biggest loser again!!!!

don't look at the scale, cos muscles weigh more then fat...you should measure yourself instead. It says that I have lost 3 kg, that's nothing but when I take the measuring band and check my bust, waist and hips then I'm happy cos it says minus 6-9-5 cm, that's a difference ;) Much better then the scale!
