Then click the reel icon (next to the picture icon to the right)
Then wait! You will have to make sure it is within their size limit...I don't reme,ber what it is though.
use picassa. It's idiot proof. It has a "blog this!" icon that will automatically create the post/upload the video.
I don't have a reel button...hmmm. Wonder why. Victoria is it picassa.com?? I know you are totally smiling right now.

Did you get videos figured out? I don't have the reel button anymore. I used to, but its not there now... Sorry!
I figured out where my reel thing went to upload videos. If you go to the 'basic' settings tab and scroll down to the 'global settings' there are 3 options: updated editor, old editor, and hide compose.
If you select old editor the reel thing shows up and you can use it to upload videos. Then you can always change it back to the updated editor when you are done. :D
